Cast on 79 sts. and arrange for 1x1 rib
Work 4 tubular rows, then rib 30 rows MT3/3
Transfer Stitches to main bed, MT 5 Knit 43 rows,
Shape Heel
with carriage at left, set to Hold, and push 46 stitches furthest away from carriage to 'hold' .
Working on 33 stitches at left, decrease 1 st at each end of every alt row, until 15 sts remain. with carriage at left increase 1 st at each end by picking up from dec rows, until all decreased stitches are back on needle beds, with carriage at left, release 'hold' and knit 62 rows.
Shape Toe, Work exactly the same as for heel, until 18 stitches remain, then increase as before, release hold, work one row across all stitches, cast off.
Sew up seams, work another one the same reversing shapings
