T7 E Cast On 12 stitches
Hang a weight

Hold on
*2 sts at left to hold

1 st at left to hold (auto wrap)

Repeat *-** twice more, 3 sts remaining
All stitches to knitting position (or hold off)
Knit two rows
Add bead on the right-most stitch***

Repeat from * to *** ( I removed the weight and used ~ hand to hold the "ruffling")
Knit a total of 1002 rows
Bind off
Steam
Using pins or a glue gun, place the trim around an empty cone, gradually wrapping towards the top.
Place an angel or star on the top.
VARIATION: Use white yarn with silver or clear lurex. Use white or clear beads.
